We want you to cherish your Zhadère pieces as much as we do, yet we acknowledge that preferences may vary.
In case of return, you will have a window of a 30 calendar-days from the delivery date to return an item for store credit or a refund. All items must be returned in their original condition, which means unused and pristine with Zhadère tags, packaging, and labels still attached. Items that have been worn or used (such as but not limited to the following: washed, strained, with a strong smell of cigarettes, alcohol, perfume or body odour), altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
Please use the original ZBlue Box packaging included with your order for the return.
To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us at info@zhadere.com with your order number. We will provide you with a proforma invoice for your return, which should be attached to the outside of the package for clear visibility of all details. Also, please include the original invoice (received with your order) inside the package.
Make the return using your preferred courier and ship the package to the address provided in our email correspondence.
If you need a different size within the same style, we're here to assist.
Exchanges are only possible for different sizes within the same style. Contact us at info@zhadere.com to inquire about its availability.
If the style in the size required is available, we will reserve it for you upon receiving your return. We will then ship it to the address from your original order.
For exchanges to a different style, please return the item and place a new order.
For returns that meet our criteria, we will process your refund as shown below.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, unaltered, unworn, with all original tags, embellishments, and a copy of the purchase invoice.
Returns received at our warehouse will be processed within 14 business days. Once approved by our quality control team, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed on our end.
If your return does not meet the listed conditions, the package will be sent back to you.
